  1. Describe the overall efficacy of pharmacotherapy and surgical interventions for the African-American patient.
  2. Analyze data on higher CHD mortality among African Americans compared with white patients.
  3. Implement guidelines-driven cardiac care specifically for ACS in the African-American patient population.
  4. Evaluate any disparity in rate of early and late DES thrombosis in African-American versus non-African-American patients
